Kyriad refunds you the difference, subject to the following conditions:

• A reservation booked on the site www.kyriad.com guarantees that you can profit from the lowest available rate online.
• This guarantee applies to all Kyriad hotels, in France and abroad, which display the icon € on the site www.kyriad.com.
• The rates to which the best price guarantee applies must be accessible to the public and be open to reservations, with exclusions — in particular:
  • Rates reserved for groups/seminars
  • Rates reserved for companies
  • Rates reserved for HeLHo Plus and HeLHo Pro loyalty card members
  • Rates reserved for partners of Kyriad
  • Rates reserved for partners of Louvre Hotels
• The less expensive offer must be identical to the one used by the customer on the site www.kyriad.com, namely that it enables him to profit from one night:
  • In the same hotel (same name and same address)
  • On the same dates and for the same number of nights
  • In the same type of room (single, double, triple, quadruple)
  • For the same number of people
  • In the same currency
  • With equivalent conditions of sale
• The guarantee of the best rate applies only to lodging (room alone), excluding taxes, tip, restaurant, and other charges.
• For the purposes of our loyalty card programs, the number of points credited will be based on the rate paid at check-out by the customer
• Once the request is validated, the refund will be carried out with a delay of thirty business days from the effective date of stay, by check
• Kyriad provides to customers an online request form

The customer will have to fill in all the obligatory fields and submit them online within 24 hours of making the reservation and at least 72 hours before projected arrival at the hotel. Any incomplete request will not be honored.
